Terms of Service.

The agreement between you and Roll Out Binz when you use our site or sign up for service.

By using rolloutbinz.com or signing up for service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. For questions, email hello@rolloutbinz.com.

1. Who we are.

Roll Out Binz is a residential bin valet and bin cleaning service operating in Oak Park, Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks, and Westlake Village, California. The business is operated by Liam Abohazira out of Agoura Hills. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Roll Out Binz. "You" or "Customer" refers to anyone using our site or service.

2. The service.

We provide weekly trash, recycling, and yard-waste bin pull and return service. Optional add-ons include monthly or quarterly bin cleaning. We do not haul trash; that is performed by your municipal hauler (Athens Services, GI Industries, Waste Management, or another). Our role is moving bins from your storage location to the curb the night before pickup and back after pickup.

3. Free trial.

New customers receive a 2-week free trial. No payment information is required to start the trial. Trial periods cover up to 2 scheduled pickup days. After the trial, we will send a billing setup link. If you do not set up billing, service ends automatically and no charge is incurred.

4. Billing.

Paid service is billed quarterly in advance via the payment processor we designate. By providing a card you authorize quarterly recurring charges in the amount of your selected plan. You can cancel at any time from your customer dashboard or by texting (818) 926-7871; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current quarter, and no refunds are issued for partial quarters.

5. Plan changes.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Plan capacity (bin count, pickup days) is described on the pricing page.

6. Service limitations.

We do not handle:

  • Bulk items (couches, mattresses, large appliances) — call your municipal hauler
  • Construction debris — not allowed in residential bins
  • Hazardous waste (paint, oil, batteries, electronics) — your hauler offers separate disposal
  • Items not contained inside the closed bin lid (unless your hauler explicitly accepts overflow)

We move what fits inside the closed lid. Loose bags placed on top of the bin are at your risk.

7. Bin condition and damage.

Your bins remain your property (or the hauler's, if hauler-issued). We use reasonable care moving them. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or damage caused by hauler trucks. If we damage a bin during our service, we will document it and arrange repair or replacement at our cost up to the manufacturer-replacement value of the bin.

8. Property access and gate codes.

By providing gate codes, lock combinations, or other access information, you authorize Roll Out Binz personnel to enter the access points solely for the purpose of bin pickup and return. We treat access information as confidential and rotate it among only the assigned crew. Notify us immediately if your codes change.

9. Missed pickups.

If your municipal hauler skips your route, we document with photos and either return your bin to storage with the trash inside or coordinate a make-up day if available. We do not refund for missed pickups caused by the hauler. If we miss a scheduled pickup of our own, we will make up that pickup within 48 hours or credit your account a prorated amount.

10. Vacation and pause.

You can pause service from your customer dashboard or by text. Paused weeks are credited toward your next billing cycle. Pauses do not extend your billing date but reduce the prorated charge for the affected period.

11. SMS communication.

By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS messages related to your service (pickup reminders, schedule changes, billing notifications, and support replies). Reply STOP to opt out. Standard message and data rates apply. Opting out of SMS may impair our ability to deliver service-critical updates.

12. Referrals.

Our referral program (see Referrals) credits one free month to both the referring customer and the new customer once the new customer completes their 2-week trial and starts a paid quarter. Credits do not stack with other promotions and are non-transferable.

13. HOA and property contracts.

HOA and property-management master contracts are governed by separate signed agreements. These Terms apply to individual residential customers; HOA-side terms control where they conflict for HOA-master customers.

14. Intellectual property.

The Roll Out Binz name, logo, mascot ("Rolly"), and site content are the property of Roll Out Binz. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission. You retain ownership of any information you provide to us; you grant us a license to use it for service delivery.

15. Liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Roll Out Binz is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or service. Our maximum aggregate liability is the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold Roll Out Binz harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of applicable law.

17. Disputes and governing law.

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Ventura County or Los Angeles County, California. You and Roll Out Binz waive any right to a jury trial. For disputes under $10,000, small claims court is the preferred venue.

18. Changes to these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
