What if my pickup day changes for a holiday?
We track every Conejo Valley hauler's holiday schedule and adjust automatically. You don't need to tell us.
Do I need to be home?
No. We work from the side gate or wherever you keep the bins. Most customers never see us.
What if a bin has issues — wheel broken, lid damaged?
We text you a photo and your hauler's replacement form. Bin replacement is between you and the hauler, but we'll flag the issue.
What about overflow trash next to the bin?
We move what fits. Loose bags go on top of the closed lid only if your hauler accepts them — most don't.
