After 12 months in the California sun, the inside of a trash bin has years of fermented residue. Most homeowners have never cleaned theirs. Our truck-mounted unit hits the bin with 200°F pressure-washed water, lifts the residue, sanitizes with eco-friendly enzymes, and deodorizes — start to finish, about 4 minutes per bin.

We schedule cleaning for the same day your bins are emptied — bins are at their cleanest baseline.
High-temp pressure wash
200°F water at 3,000 PSI inside and out. Lifts everything organic.
Sanitize + deodorize
Biodegradable enzyme spray kills bacteria and neutralizes odor. Safe for storm drains.
Bins back, dry, smelling clean
We dry them and roll them back where they live. No mess, no waste runoff.

Where does the dirty water go?
Captured in a recovery basin under the bin and disposed of at a permitted wash station. Nothing goes to the storm drain.
Do you use bleach?
No. Bleach is bad for storm drains. We use a biodegradable enzyme that breaks down organics.
How long does a clean last?
About 30 days before noticeable odor returns. That's why we recommend monthly.
My bin is structurally damaged. Can you still clean it?
We can clean it but cracked bins leach water. Get a replacement from your hauler first.
