60 seconds online. Pick a plan, drop your address, claim your member number. We don't ask for a card to start the trial.
We text the night before
The day before your trash pickup, you get a short SMS. "Crew on the way. Bins out by midnight." That's it.
Bins to the curb
Our crew rolls every bin from where you keep it (side gate, garage, behind the fence) out to the curb between 8pm and midnight.
Bins back, same day
By the end of pickup day — usually before sunset — every bin is back where it started. Lid down, wheels in, no sign we were there.

Holidays
Federal holidays push every Conejo Valley hauler back by one day. We track it automatically and show up on the new pickup day. You don't need to tell us.
Vacation
Pause from your customer dashboard. Set the date range. Service stops, resumes on your return day. Bins don't sit on the curb signaling "house empty" while you're gone.
Gated communities
North Ranch, Lake Sherwood, Westlake Island, Morrison Highlands — we're pre-cleared at every guard shack in the Conejo Valley. Add us to your community access list once and we're set.
Side gates and locked storage
Combination padlocks, keyed padlocks, lockboxes — pick whatever access pattern works for your home. Codes go on file with your account, only the assigned crew sees them.
Skipped pickups by the hauler
Sometimes Athens, GI, or WM skips a route. We document with photos, contact the hauler for a make-up day, and either return your bins to storage with the trash inside or coordinate the make-up.
What we don't do.
- We don't haul away your trash — that's your municipal hauler's job. We just move bins.
- We don't take bulk items (couch, mattress) — call your hauler for those.
- We don't take construction debris — not allowed in residential bins.
- We don't show up during the day — the work happens at night so you don't notice.
