Got questions?

Billing, cancellation, scheduling, gated communities, vacation holds, edge cases. Everything customers ask, in one place.

The basics

What does Roll Out Binz actually do?

We bring your trash, recycling, and yard-waste bins from the side of your house to the curb the night before pickup, then return them by the end of pickup day. We can also clean and sanitize your bins on a monthly or quarterly schedule.

What cities do you serve?

Oak Park, Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks, and Westlake Village. We expand by demand — if your neighbor wants service, ask about our referral discount.

Who runs Roll Out Binz?

Liam Abohazira, a junior at Agoura High School (#13, Class of 2027). Liam started the business to pay his own way through college. He runs operations, hires the crew, and personally checks every new customer's first pickup.

Pricing & billing

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $45/mo (Rookie, up to 2 bins) and go up to $79/mo (MVP, up to 6 bins with cleaning). HOA and property accounts are custom. Every plan includes a 2-week free trial.

How is billing structured?

Quarterly. We bill 3 months at a time so you're not getting a charge every month. The first 2 weeks are free regardless of plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no contract. Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by texting us — we'll process it the same day.

What if I need to upgrade or downgrade?

Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Scheduling & service

What if my pickup day changes for a holiday?

We track every Conejo Valley hauler's holiday schedule and adjust automatically. You don't need to notify us.

What if I'm going on vacation?

Pause from your customer dashboard. Set the date range, service stops, resumes on your return day automatically.

Do I need to be home?

No. We work from the side gate, garage, or wherever you keep the bins. Most customers never see us.

What if the trash truck skips my route?

We document it, contact the hauler, and either return your bin to storage with the trash still inside (so you don't lose access) or coordinate a make-up day if available.

Bin cleaning

How does the bin cleaning service work?

We bring a truck-mounted hot-water pressure washer to your driveway, sanitize each bin inside and out at 200°F, deodorize with a biodegradable enzyme, and roll it back where you store it.

Where does the dirty water go?

Captured in a recovery basin under the bin and disposed of at a permitted wash station — never to the storm drain.

How often should I clean my bins?

Monthly during summer (May-October), quarterly the rest of the year, is the most common pattern. Pets and large families typically benefit from monthly year-round.

HOAs & gated communities

Do you handle gated communities?

Yes — we have working relationships with every Conejo Valley guard shack and gate code on file. North Ranch, Lake Sherwood, Westlake Island, Morrison Highlands — all configured.

Can my HOA contract for the whole community?

Yes. Master HOA contracts let the association handle bin valet for every home with a single invoice. We provide free property audits to scope and quote. See our HOA & Properties page for the structure.

Will service prevent CC&R bin violations?

In every neighborhood we serve, customers report sharp drops in bin-related violation letters. Our crew has bins back behind storage well before any HOA inspection window.

Edge cases

My driveway is steep / narrow / unusual.

We use bin dollies for steep driveways, compact dollies for narrow flag-lot driveways, and extension straps for unusual layouts. We've seen most things.

My bin is broken / missing a wheel / damaged.

We document with photos and send you your hauler's replacement form. Bin replacement is between you and the hauler, but we make sure it doesn't fall through the cracks.

What about overflow trash next to the bin?

We move what fits inside the closed lid. Loose bags on top only get loaded if your hauler accepts them — most don't.

Are you insured?

Yes — fully insured for residential service operations.
