Waste Management owns the Agoura Hills residential contract and runs every neighborhood on Tuesdays. The route order matters: trucks start in the south flatlands near the 101, work up through Reyes Adobe, then push into Old Agoura and the canyon.
Translation for homeowners: if you live close to Kanan, your truck arrives between 5:30am and 7am. Up the canyon (Chesebro, Old Agoura horse properties), it's 8am-10am. Liberty Canyon is mid-morning. Lake Lindero is one of the last stops, sometimes after 11am.
The earlier your route, the harder it is to get bins out the night before. Most Old Agoura homeowners who try to do it morning-of are too late by 6am. The rule of thumb: bins out before bed Monday night, no exceptions.
Or stop tracking it. Agoura Hills bin valet runs the entire city Monday night between 8pm and 1am. By the time the WM truck shows up Tuesday morning, every bin is already at the curb.
