Morrison Highlands is the most prominent gated community in Agoura Hills, and it's a textbook case for what gated bin valet actually requires. Every entry/exit needs guard-shack pre-clearance, every vehicle is logged, and CC&Rs forbid any commercial vehicle parked on the street.
The standard operational flow: our crew is on the master access list under the resident's account, the guard logs us in by company name and time, we make the pull, log out, and the bin is back inside the property line before the truck arrives.
Lake Lindero, Calabasas Park (across the line into Calabasas), and Forest Cove all have similar setups with smaller guard shacks. Each one has its own quirks — Lake Lindero requires the bin storage be inside the garage line by sundown, Forest Cove cares more about the lid color than the location.
